William R. Milligan, PhD

William Milligan is a postdoctoral researcher at the Irving Institute for Cancer Dynamics (IICD) under the supervision of Simon Tavaré. His current research uses a combination of genomic data analysis and mathematical modeling to investigate determinants of germline and somatic mutagenesis.
