Associate Research Scientist

Khanh Ngoc Dinh is an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Statistics and in the Irving Institute for Cancer Dynamics. His research interests include modeling cancer evolution and bioinformatics, with focus on bulk and single-cell sequencing data. This includes inference of tumor development, clonal evolution and competition, roles and classifications of mutations, selection forces, and cellular variation. My approach involves developing novel computational programs based on different mathematical frameworks of tumor growth.
